We bought at the Westin in 2010 when we moved to Boulder after having lived in Eagle County for over 25 years.
Mitch was an active member of the Westin residential homeowner Board of Directors for 6 1/2 years.We enjoyed the Westin tremendously for over 10 years, staying there 80-90 nights per year while keeping our condo on the rental program.When we decided it was time to sell, we had to decide which of the many fine real real estate agents that we knew well in the valley to list our condo with. She was the third broker I used and was the only one able to sell the unit in less than 6 months. However, that is not the sole reason I would recommend Lissa. More importantly, and most impressively, I recommend Lissa highly to represent you in any real estate transaction it is because of the unusual circumstances surrounding our sale. Every real estate transaction is unique and requires some flexibility and ability to negotiate to keep a deal alive. In our case, our deal had fallen apart, we had a signed contract but the buyer cancelled and Lissa through skill, patience and negotiating power was able to nurture and resuscitate the deal and actually get it done with the same buyer for more than our original contract and with a closing of less than 3 weeks. This was no easy feat. My only regret is that I don't have more property to list with Lissa.
